Massive input lag on keyboard. How do i fix?

Hello. I encountered this issue since i reseted my pc. I also had this issue before but reset my pc and i fixed it. Now if i reset my pc it doesn't fix any bit. I have to note the input lag sometimes appears randomly when playing or when i go into any app like my browser and then come back to the game. My system information if needed is I have a razer huntsman mini and my pc specs are: rtx 4060, r5 5600x, 32gb ram and a ROG b550-a gaming motherboard.
