Windows keep asking to login when opening programs

Each time opening programs like "Movies & Tv", "Microsoft ClipChamp" & "Microsoft Store" it asks me to login with microsoft. It happens every time i open the program for the first time after booting up the system.Im on Windows 10 ProAlso minecraft Launcher keeps getting me the 0x803f8001 error and i have to open microsoft store, login, then open Xbox, login, and then i can open the launcher.This is very annoying, and also, whats the point of making a game like minecraft playable offline if the launcher cant open
