Guest pol Posted October 5, 2008 Posted October 5, 2008 Sir, Please need your help to solve the following problem, My friend's computer the windows XP is not working. When he switch on the computer , the system will ask the following 1. Safe mode 2. Safe mode with net working 3. From the point where correctly working 4. Normally. He tried with 4 options but unfortunatly after selecting any of the options ,l the system becomes hanging. Nothing will be displayed on the screen. He has no XP installation CD. XP already installed while he purchasing the machine. So please need your advise to solve the problem. Please help

Therefore, giving you focused advice is impossible. The cause of the problem could be hardware, software, or even a combination. In any case, without an XP install CD (or perhaps any way to restore the machine to factory condition), your friend can't go further.
