my msn wont work

my msn wont let me sign in it keeps sayin my password is incorrect i have changed my password and nothing has changed..what could be wrong with it ?

Hi, and welcome to Extreme Tech Support - Free PC Help.

I assume it was working OK till you changed the password, is that correct?

If so, are you absolutely sure of the new password and that it was put into the new password box correctly? Also that you are using that exact same password now?

After that, the only other recourse is to get in touch with MSN and ask for it to be sorted out from there, as we cannot go much further in advice regarding passwords.

its got nothing to do with the password i changed my password because it wouldnt let me sign in with my old one and the new password wont let me sign in either! i rencently checked for a virus to be found on my msn but nothing was found..i have 2 laptops and msn will not let me sign into either of them.. ?

Hi again, OK I understand now and think that MSN actually may have closed your account. Have any friends you communicate with via MSN complained about E Mail supposedly sent from you but actually not?

I can only suggest you write to MSN and ask for details. There has been a lot of accounts hacked with the hacker then using the hacked account to send spam E Mails. when MSN are notified this is happening they close the hacked account. They may have done this with you if a hacker got access to your password.
