when try to turn off Windows Hello as an extra measure of security under Advanced Security settings, it won't save the selection.

WHY?I want to remove this feature so that I can try to logon as another user, an Administrator user. Even though the user that I'm logged on as states that it Is an Admin User, I still can't remove Windows Hello feature.ANYONE??
