Kernel Power Error 41 Critical While Playing Games

I've been getting Kernel Power Error 41 Critical sometimes when I play SCP Secret Laboratory, Call of Duty Black Ops 2 and Half Life 2. These games are graphics and stuff. I took out my gpu and other fans and cleaned them a bit, and looked for anything loose and reseated. I also did dism and sfc scannow and reinstalled graphics drivers but i did not use ddu to fully uninstall. Also when i launch my computer it takes a few on and offs by holding power button to get it started up. If crash logs are needed or if there are any things i can do that can help me get more information to resolve this i
