windows 10 I get logged out of every app and browser when I restart my computer

Every time I restart my computer it logs me out of all websites and browsers and other apps like steam and discord. It's only on this windows account thought, my girlfriends account works fine. I've tried almost everything to fix this. For some context, I recently reset my pc and had to activate it again and soon after, it started doing this. Doesn't happen when I sign out only when I restart. I know it's not my antivirus because I disabled it to see and it still did it.
