windows 11 My account says local install, but it's not correct im still able to see all of my files in the C:/ Disk as well as all documents

I signed into my account and i noticed the internet wasn't connecting..I went to my settings and system and i noticed it said Local Account, now I'm completely confused because i never switched, i also noticed an option to switch to local account. how can i fix this and get my Wi-Fi back on my laptop
