windows 11 Screen Flickering and Horizontal Lines on Monitor

I've been having this rgb lines issue for a while. At first it was 2 or 3 lines on the monitor (they're at the top and bottom of the screen) but now it has grown exponentially, and lately if i use it for long hours it looks like this (the whole screen freezes up when it happens). Now, since yesterday the screen started flickering. I've checked all my drivers and they're all up-to-date. Not sure what's causing this. One more thing, they don't show up when i take screenshot.
