windows 10 windows 10 network issue showing no internet connection but I can browse

Hi,recently some windows 10 pc has issue showing no internet connection icon on bottom right-hand taskbar but I can browse the internet without any issue.I search internet, I found people having this issue- has duplicate ip address- has dns issue- fixed by suggest enable active probing on registry- fixed by enable global DNS on group policyI have check- the pc has correct ip address, I check HDCP and DNS on window server is assigned to this pc I did ping from command line to this pc from other pc, the ping show no problem which indicate there are duplicate ip address- change the dns to public
