windows 11 fast user switching not showing other accounts

Windows 11 Pro - I have 2 users locally and when I click on the 'Windows' button it shows the accountname 'Frank' with it being a microsoft account.In the past if you click on the accountname it normally would show another local user where then I could switch to that account and it would work well.I have tried regedit and gpedit to fix the problem (with solutions from youtube) but with no luck.Please can you guide me in fixing this issue?
