Ive been trying to delete this windows bt folder with this windows 11 "upgrade" in it for weeks I don't want it. I never wanted it. and I will never want it. After declining windows 11 for the 50th time it got angry and forced itself on me against my consent, I've tried all normal solutions; disk clean up cmd powershell "access denied" changed the advanced security permissions manually to 'everyone' and also tried every individual 'name' it would allow ex.(desktop/admin/user) just for it to say "you need permission from ______ (me im the only user of this device)" tried "Delete windows update
