Guest Kent Posted October 6, 2008 Posted October 6, 2008 We have locked down our workstations (Hide c:, no cmd, no regedit,) and My documents redirected to the users home. In server 2008 and terminal services all these are ignored. What is the best way to get this done. We would like to see the same lockdown and folder redirection done by our DC's for our XP pro clients translate into TS/s on 2008. Lots of problems for example in 2008 there is no "My Documets" just Username. Kent
Guest Jeff Pitsch Posted October 6, 2008 Posted October 6, 2008 Re: Server 2008 Terminal server in 2003 AD and policys You need to recreate your GPO's for Win2k8. Use a Win2k8 server to do the actual creation of the GPO.
