How to emulate x64 applications (like Clone Hero) on ARM64 Laptop?

Greetings!I own a Dell Inspiron 14 laptop, and wanted to play the free to play game Clone Hero (a fanmade successor to games like Guitar Hero and Rock Band). However, when I downloaded it and sought to play it, I got an error message which said "This program can only be installed on versions of Windows designed for the following processor architectures: x64."After poking around online, many have said that ARM64 based computers, such as mine, can emulate x64-based applications, but everything I've found has provided basically no information on how exactly to do that, or if there's an alternate
