PEV Posted June 7, 2012 Posted June 7, 2012 Hi all Don't know if this is in right topic so will copy to one or two other help areas hopefully for a quick solution! I have been printing off my Barclaycard Visa monthly statements for years with no problem, I just hit the print symbol and the typically two page print out is there. Now for some reason I only get one page with practically none of the detailed transactions as the print off is restricted to one page! My printer is an hp psc 1110 all in one linked to my XP Home edition 2003. I have tried tinkering with the print interface that appears and prompts me to hit print or enter but the said problem keeps happening. I also tried printing a previous month's statement which has printed ok in past but it's the same problem now. Any ideas please? Thanks Ray Quote
KenB Posted June 7, 2012 Posted June 7, 2012 Hi Ray When you select "print" do you get the option to "Print all Pages" ? Is the option to "Print Current Page" set as a default ? PEV Posted June 9, 2012 Author Posted June 9, 2012 Hi Ken Thanks for your attention to this. Things moved on to much worse! The printer kept churning out repeats of the same pages and it still happened when I printed off a sample 'one of' from one of my emails. I seem to have sorted it out by deleting the printer and then re installing from scratch with the original disc. I unserstand that the disc being 9 years old and the original there may be issues as it's not up to date so if I have any problems I intend to download the most up to date version from hp and install again. What is your take on this? Ray So hopefully all is OK now. Thanks again Ray Quote
KenB Posted June 11, 2012 Posted June 11, 2012 Hi Ray As you say - the problem seems to have been corrupt drivers ( it happens ) Installing the most recent from the manufacturers site is the way to go if you have any more trouble. Keep us informed - hopefully you should have no more trouble :) Quote There is an email going around offering processed pork - gelatin - and salt in a can ......this is simply SPAM !!
