windows 11 My laptop suddenly becoming slow in any games

So yesterday i was playing games and all was good then it suddenly froze, i rebooted my laptop its also updated, after in first boot all image icons changed, i changed scale manually, i tried open game again but this time it eas super slow. Today i did same i open any game and its soo slow, but if im not in game its okie, at first i thought it might be steam but no games that not from steam have same issues, i updated video drivers, run antivirus but still nothing have changed its very very slow
