Multiple users and XP Files and settings transfer wizard

I am planning to construct a new PC build and will be reinstalling XP from

scratch - it was starting to lag a bit anyway!

 

I thought I would try out the Files And Settings Tranfer Wizard to see how

good it was, but it raised a question.

 

My PC currently has 3 users. Does the wizard have to be run from each user's

account, or does it only need to be done the once. I have looked on the web,

but have not been able to find an answer yet.

 

Please advise.
