How to shut off metered connection that is grayed out

New WebCam, C270 HD from Logitech, said installation can not finish because of metered connection. Can not shut off this connection option as I did in the past. Toggle is grayed out. Have sent this request yesterday, no response from Fred. How to find my previous requests? Upon further research I see when hovering over the keyboard, UBS, Monitor and mouse in the Control Panel screen, that they also say that installation is not complete, yet they seem to all function. The camera and its microphone test as working. A Zoom test meeting did work and the LED light on the WebCam was illuminated. Dow
