file explorer not responding

Hi, my windows file explorer will not responding when open a new window(or click the "this PC" icon from desktop), every time it remains not responding about 4~5 minutes then I can use it . But if I click the the "gallery", it will be not responding again and must be ended. I tried to remove the galler by deleting the regedit but not work. deleted regedit : HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Desktop\NameSpace\{e88865ea-0e1c-4e20-9aa6-edcd0212c87c} Version 23H2 Edition Windows 11 Enterprise Installed on ‎4/‎15/‎2024 OS build 22631.4169 Experience Windows Fe
