computer wakes itself up from sleep mode immediately after i put it in sleep mode on on its own

when i put it in sleep mode it wakes up from itself somtimes immediately and somtimes after 10 sec.when i run cmd in admin and run "powercfg/lastwake" i get this:Wake History Count - 1 Wake History [0] Wake Source Count - 0nothing more
