Trojan:MSIL/Redline.CBYZ!MTB was detected on my pc how can I eliminate it?

It was detected multiple times and I removed every possible file that could have infected my pc. Why is it saying that the threat is removed but the "Microsoft windows defender has detected and neutralised 1 threat" message keeps poping? Is there any way I can eliminate that Virus?Thanks :)
