STUCK IN TEMPORARY PROFILE ISSUE

I'm stuck in the temporary profile loop. Yesterday when I switched on my laptop, it gave me an error saying that 'we can't sign you in' and automatically used a temporary profile. I did my research, watched yt videos to resolve it. I did the registry method but that didn't work and it kept creating new temporary profiles. I used Safe Mode to check whether the files from my previous account are still there and they are. But when I try to see them in normal mode through the file Explorer, the file explorer isn't responding and gets stuck. I don't know how to fix this please help.
