windows 10 Mouse and Keyboard not working after login

The problem is that my mouse and keyboard wont work after booting up into windows 10. it all works fine in the bios and the recovery screen and sometimes i can even move the mouse for a few seconds before it gets „disabled?“. after that windows run normally (i‘d assume that because the time on the bottom right runs) but my inputs (mouse and keyboard) are not getting detected or something. i cant do anything inside windows itself. it is weird because it works fine on the recovery page. Oh and i reinstalled windows two times but the issue is still there. Connecting another pointing device does n
