How to increase the space in partition C?

I have 2 hard drives: SSD and HDDThe SDD was split into two partition C (100GB) and E (833GB) while the HDD is partition D (918GB)Now, my problem is partition C is to small and I need to install apps in which deployment location can not be changed such as REVIT and STAAD. I don't want to change the pathways for software like this when installing as well.Can you give me the quickest way to increase the partition size in C without needing other external drive. If I delete partition E, will partition size increase automatically?
