Snipping Tool not Recording Full Length Video

I am running Windows 11. Snipping tool video has stopped recording full length videos. On the screen, during recording, it shows that the video is recording because the timer clock is still counting. But when I stop it and save it, it is only a few minutes that either actually recorded or will save. I have plenty memory and hard drive space. It happens sporadically and with different video lengths. I have uninstalled and reinstalled. Same problem. Is this happening with anyone else? Have a solution? Thanks in advance
