Strange call noise happening in the background Windows 11

Occasionally on my Windows 11 PC I hear an unknown call noise, as if I'm receiving a call.I do have WhatsApp installed but it's not running in the background. When I use volume mixer, it shows that an audio is being received but when I mute all apps (including system sounds) I still hear it.I really need to mute this because I think I'm going insane. This is like listening to an iPhone alarm on repeat for hoursI'm not sure of any steps to replicate because the sound randomly starts and stops, I haven't noticed any patterns, sometimes it's for a long time, others it's only a few seconds, and on
