windows 11 My laptop became laggy when i came home after 4 hours. (I didnt leave it on, it was shut down)

Hello, my problem is that i shut down my laptop, left for a few hours and it became slower once i came back.Things that took half a second started taking moments, games that i used to play without problems became laggy, and even system applications. I cannot provide any details since i didnt really do anything, modify anything, download anything, nor delete anything.I have checked for updates(There are none), I checked my drivers and the system says that there arent any problems, I tried restarting but it didnt work either.
