Hi All, I would appreciate your help with this. I need instructions on how to create a DLP policy in Microsoft Purview to detect instances where staff are emailing attachments to users outside of the organisation. I only want to provide them with a policy tip warning notification reminding them of the dangers of doing this (before sending it) if the information is sensitive. I don't need it to apply to specific label or sensitivity type, I just want it to apply to all cases where this happens.Has anyone done this before?Appreciate your help.
