device manager shows all sorts of hardware devices with no drivers installed . Windows 11 will not allow drivers to install !!!

Another ongoing software problem . This windows 11 installation is defective . Device manager shows all sorts of "PCI device" without drivers .Of course windows 11 says absolutely nothing about what these devices are ....therefore impossible to fix problem ! ASUS PRIME Z690 A motherboard with i9-12900KF . The motherboard comes with driver disk . I have tried several times to load drivers butwindows 11 prevents this from happening . I have THUNDERBOLTEX 4 expansion card which does not work . Bluetooth does not work . The only thing that does work is Wifi . The bluetooth is part of the Wifi expa
