Guest Don G Posted October 7, 2008 Posted October 7, 2008 Re: Saving Folder View Settings - Further I may have read one too many threads today, but I have not found a solution to: When I run WindowsExplorer (.exe), the My Documents folder is always displayed 'opened' (with all of the subfolders displayed). "Tools/folder options/apply to all folders" seems to apply only to the "view" that is selected, not whether the folder is open or closed! Am I missing something here? (should I re-read a thread or two?) "RobRW" wrote: > Thankyou Ed. That worked. Set the default just as you said and then > customised the individual folders. Settings are now remembered.
