windows 10 Computer typing random letters

Hi all. I am typing this from my phone because I can’t do it from my computer. I ordered this laptop and the keys are messed up to the point where it interferes with whatever I’m doing. It only does this half the time. It switches from normal to glitchy every few minutes or so. Here are the keys affected:D - Turns into \;3 - goes to the beginning of the thing I’m typing and turns into a 0E - Turns into a PC - whenever I’m searching something, I type the letter and it hits enter and puts a B on where the C was supposed to go.Any help is appreciated. I tried to uninstall the keyboard device and
