Computer keeps rebooting/crashing.

My computer randomly restarts/crashes whenever I'm doing anything. Most of the time it happens when I'm playing games but sometimes it can happen randomly when I'm doing work as well. I flashed my bios in the past and it stopped my computer crashing for a long time and I thought I had fixed it, but now my computer's starting to crash again. I've also reinstalled graphics drivers and other drivers also. I swapped the power supply out but that didn't work and I also have bench- marked and looked at temperatures and my CPU was 50 degrees and my GPU was 70 degrees. I've tried searching online for
