Windows 10 freezing when alt+tabbing out of games

So for the past 3 days every time I alt tab out of a game my pc freezes after a few seconds. I can still hear my friends when i'm in a discord call with them and they can hear me, but for the rest nothing works.I searched for a solution and tried multiple things like updating, sfc /scannow, memory diagnostic, disabeling the Hardware-accelerated GPU scheduling. someone recommended on someone elses post from 2022 to override the system so I tried that, did not work. So can anyone help me with this problem?
