Phone Link not transferring Call

The phone link worked for a few months to answer calls and transfer to a laptop or PC, now I don't know what happened, I received notifications on my PC but could only answer on the phone (iPhone 14 ), either it showed to me on the phone on speaker icon if I want to transfer the call to my laptop.
