dxgmms2.sys causing CPU usage spikes

I noticed that my PC is "freezing" every 10 seconds. The CPU usage is spiking to 10%. It was the "System" process that is causing it. I used the Process Explorer software and then found that dxgmms2.sys+0xb7f60 is causing these CPU usage spikes.What should I do to solve this?
