Could Windows 11 please bring back the option to turn off 'When I resize a snapped window, simultaneously resize any adjacent snapped window'?

On Windows 10 I could turn off the option 'When I resize a snapped window, simultaneously resize any adjacent snapped window'. On Windows 11 I cannot. It drives me nuts. I want the option to resize all my windows without them resizing their neighbours. I want to be able to make them overlap. A lot of other multitasking options exist in Windows 11, but not this one. Please bring it back!
