Error status 0xc0000020 bad images problem

Hi microsoft, I have facing problem in open any picture. If I open the picture on laptop then so error like C:\ programFiles\windowsapps\Microsoft.VCLibs.140.00UWPDesktop_14.0.33728.0_x64_wekyb3d8bbwe\MSVC140.dill is either not designed to run on windows or it contains an error . Try installing the program again using the original installation media or contact your system administrator or the system vendor for support.error status 0xc0000020 Please help me
