Guest Rapier Posted October 8, 2008 Posted October 8, 2008 After updating to SP3, when turning off computer it hangs with the usual message "windows is shutting down" but doesn't until I switch it off, I've done a restore and this solved the problem but when I installed SP3 again, I'm back to the same problem.
