I have been getting this error and continuous printing and wasting of paper for months now. I have spoken to MS several times and they still have not resolved this issue. I see plenty of others are experiencing the same. Has anybody found a solution to this? I am so sick of the wastage and not getting rid of this printing issue. Thanks in anticipation.
