Unable to change Critical Battery Level

I am unable to change the Critical Battery Level on this school computer Dell Latitude 3350. The critical battery level is now 7% instead of 5%. When I try to change the critical battery level to lower than 7%, it goes back up to 7% when I go to another setting or click Apply.Sorry for the computer language that is in French.How to resolve this problem?
