Help adding a new school organization

Hello, I am trying to add an organization for a new school account but I'm unable to leave my current organization (previous school account). I've tried unsyncing my One Drive and forgetting my prior school's One Drive but that didn't work as well. I also keep getting this error message: 80192EE7 when I try to connect a new work or school account. Side note - I am trying to do this for both my PC and my Surface Pro.
