I have been waiting on live chat for almost 2 hours and nobody is coming.I need help from Microsoft please. Hi, I am absolutely fuming. I upgraded to windows 11 and it completely messed up my laptop. I missed the time to go back so followed instructions to download windows 10 on to usb stick, only it didn't say until after that it had to be a blank stick, so I have also lost all my photos and files that I put on the stick too. After resetting my laptop to install windows 10 again, I now can't even get my laptop set up again. It won't let me set it up unless I give my card details, which after
