I had a failure of Windows 11 update September 23. I had tried to install WD Blue SA510 I purchased through amazon.com 7-4-24 With the failure of the update and attempting to utilize a new HD I got the blue screen that Windows shows with a frowning face that one saw on TV news about airport function I contacted Nerd To Go. With a week, they determined my installation of updating Windows 11 was a failure, reinstalled Windows 11 and determined that WD Blue SA510 was a failure
