Serious performance slow down after install latest updates.

Recently I got serious performance slow down after install latest updates on my windows 10 machine.I use this machine to compile cef/chromium.With all new updated installed, the compiling process can only use about average 30% of CPU, screen followed:I tried uninstall KB5043064 and KB5041580, performance get back to normal:
