Since logging onto my PC this morning I have been plagued with auto-scroll. After doing some research I found there is an option in mouse settings labelled 'Scroll inactive windows when hovering over them' which was turned on (not by me). After turning this off I found the problem actually worsened. It is definitely not a hardware issue as I have changed my mouse and keyboard and reinstalled drivers to no availHow do I fix this problem? (I found another question asking this and followed all those steps and had no luck and the question was never answered further by Microsoft)
