Hi There,I'm encountering a recurring issue where my laptop fails to recognize the Ugreen CM578 SSD enclosure. I've tried various troubleshooting steps, including:Updating USB driversUninstalling and reinstalling USB driversChecking the USB power supplyUsing different USB portsDespite these efforts, the error message "Unknown USB Device (Set Address Failed)" persists.Interestingly, the same enclosure is easily recognized by my phone through a Type-C port. The enclosure contains a Team M.2 NVMe SSD.I'm seeking assistance from the Microsoft community to resolve this issue. Any suggestions or sol
