Guest Istiaque_235 Posted September 28, 2024 Posted September 28, 2024 I renamed the NTUSER.dat file to NTUSERold.dat in the following location: C:\Users\Default, after encountering the error 'The User Profile Service service failed the sign-in'. To resolve this issue, I copied the NTUSER.dat file from the directory C:\Users\My Username. However, I am now unable to access the boot menu, and my MS Office is showing 'Product Activation Failed', even though it was previously activated. How can I resolve these issues? Continue reading...
