I have moved my music from i-tunes to Apple Music as requested. Initially all worked well, but recently Apple Music freezes when I open it on my PC (Windows 11). It constantly gives the message ' Loading Library' but nothing loads.I have now spent 3 hours on the 'phone with Apple Support. 3 advisers have failed to sort the program. I have uninstalled, re-installed Apple Music, 'repaired' and 'reset' several times. Apple Support has asked me to ask Microsoft if there is anything in their system blocking Apple Music from working.Please advise. Thank you.PS Apple Music works perfectly on my i-ph
