I have Windows 11 and I'm using a wired mouse. The problem is it's not working. The light goes on, but there is no sound made from my laptop. I have a ASDA mouse and I got it last year. I boot my laptop, it works, but only for 15 mins. Then, it stops working and I have no idea what do. Also, please don't say anything about drivers, because I'm scared I'll break my laptop while I'm there doing something in that app. I've tried all these things (nothing worked):Changing USB portLetting it rest for a whileRestartingI tried plugging it into a different laptop, but it didn't work.I have had this pr
