Password and pin not accepted

I am using V 11. I ran a full scan. After the scan I was not able to open my primary account either by password or pin. I ran through the procedures to set up new passwords and pins. All failed. Cannot open primary account although it opens on other computers. Have local accounts on computer. Any help appreciated.
